- I woke up at seven am (the usual time) with a slight hangover. (see previous 3 posts)
- At eight am I watched Lars and the Real Girl (worth seeing)
- I ate popcorn for breakfast (I do what I want!)
- (Dance Interlude)
- Went to Dumbo for a lunch date with an old co-worker (who I don’t see enough of)
- My phone died (makes meet ups hard)
- Read White teeth in starbucks (again for the first time)
- Went to see Iron Man (I didn’t even know there was a movie out called iron man)
- I really like Robert Downey Jr. A LOT but not his douche beard in the film. (a crush carried down from my mother who nearly cried everytime he’d get busted for drugs)
- Arab actors only have one role: Terrorist. It reminds me of the golden age of cinema when black folks only ever played the help or the entertainment, with a few exceptions…porgy and bess, carmen, stormy weather. (Its endlessly depressing no matter how much I try to simply be entertained while watching movies.)
- When did I become so busy? (its quite fun)
